We have established relationships with number of leading European manufacturers of mold bases, standard elements, hot runner systems and other equipment. We are official distributors of some of our partners for Bulgaria.
Our tooling and software includes: DMU 50M - Vertical 3+2 axis milling machine, Charmilles Roboform 200 – EDM machine, Fully equipped mould fitting workplace, Solidworks CAD&CAM, CorelDraw.
Our injection molding workshop has molding machines, ranging from 35 to 100 tons with maximum shot weight of 150 grams. Most of the injection machines are equipped with conveyor belts, hoppers loaders and hopper dryers.
We are used to processing a lot of different types of plastic materials and have well-established partnerships with all the plastic granulate distributors in Bulgaria. This allows us to supply a large variety of plastics.
