Our team designes a mold which achieves your goals and makes your project cost-efficient, taking into account all its features. Our mold making team works with Solidworks CAD&CAM and CorelDraw. We also have the capability to produce a 3D printed prototype.

Production of molds and equipment
We provide most of the processes for the mold production in our tooling workshop. When needed we collaborate with well-established in the industry partners. This guarantees continuous high quality through every step of the mold production.
We have established relationships with number of leading European manufacturers of mold bases, standard elements, hot runner systems and other equipment. We are official distributors of some of our partners for Bulgaria.

Production of plastic injection products
Our injection molding workshop has molding machines, ranging from 35 to 100 tons with maximum shot weight of 150 grams. Most of the injection machines are equipped with conveyor belts, hoppers loaders and hopper dryers.
We are used to processing a lot of different types of plastic materials and have well-established partnerships with all the plastic granulate distributors in Bulgaria. This allows us to supply a large variety of plastics.
